Which items are refundable?

  • Items received within 14 days of delivery qualify for a full refund.

  • A store credit will be issued for items returned within 14 days.

  • Unused / Unopened (for sealed items)

  • In original condition / the original packaging


Which items are non-refundable?

  • Used items

  • Items returned after 60 days (store credits are issued if items are returned within 365 days)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • In original condition / the original packaging

Is there a fee to process returns?

  • There are no return or restocking fees.

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How do I return an item?

  1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return.

  2. Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.

  3. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
